This is a picture of our Christmas tree this year. We decorate it with lots and lots of glass ornaments, like an ice cream cone one, or a Yoda one. You might not see the round ball ornaments because we always hide them way in the back. I don't know why!! We've had a lot of ornaments made by our family, like cookies. Don't eat them, they're stale! We also decorate with a lot of trains and airplanes. We have a special ornament that is a book that tells us Twas the Night Before Christmas. We also have one fish glass ornament. But my most favorite one is the one of the Scottish Santa.
This Christmas tree has a good spot for putting the ball ornaments--a giant hole! But the hole is in the back, so no one can see it, of course!

Eddie, MacNicholas is my favorite too. Excellent writing!!
Eddie, your Christmas tree is beautiful this year. I especially like Mc Nicholas too. I think it is fun to have ornaments that are homemade & other than just the plain ball type ornamanets. When your Dad & Uncle Mike were little we lived in Germany, so we used lots of wooden German ornaments & even had some Lebkucken shaped cookie ornaments. Some of those German ornaments are probably on your tree now. Enjoy your Christmas Season. I'm sorry we won't get to see you this year at Uncle Mike's.
Love,
Nana
MacNicholas always pays our wee family a visit in Invergordon. Great Story, Eddie!
I have to agree, Eddie, it is the prettiest Christmas tree ever. Now if only the ornaments would stay on the tree - there's an MP3 player one up by my sink. How did that get there??
